Med Claims Pro is Windows desktop software for billing workflow automation, sold as a subscription by Med Claims Pro, LLC. Your subscription licenses the software on the number of computers your plan allows; it is not a transfer of ownership of the software.
Trials are free for 7 days from installation, no card required. Paid subscriptions bill monthly or yearly through Stripe until you cancel, which you can do anytime, self-serve, from your account portal — cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs through the period you paid for.
The software switches to read-only: you can view and export everything you ever entered, indefinitely, at no charge. We never delete or withhold your local data — it lives on your computer and belongs to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you bill, for complying with your state's rules and your professional obligations, and for securing the computers you run the software on (accounts, disk encryption, backups). The software prepares documents from what you enter; it does not provide legal, billing-compliance, or medical advice, and it does not guarantee payment or recovery of any claim.
Don't share one seat among multiple billing users, resell access, reverse the licensing system, or use the software for unlawful billing. Assistant/read-only seats are free where your plan includes them — use them.
The software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
