15 MINUTES · SCREEN SHARE · NO CARD

Fifteen minutes,
your state’s codes on screen.

Not a slide deck. We open the software with a caseload that looks like yours, and walk one week from the first activity you type to the check that pays it — including the line that came up short. You talk for the first three minutes; we listen for the four documents you currently retype.

Request a demo — four short questions.

We reply with two or three time slots, usually the same business day. Nothing is charged and nothing is installed.

On the phone with us right now? Don’t fill this in — say so and we will book it while you are on the line, or do the demo there and then if you have fifteen minutes. (302) 202-3172.

So we can send times and the meeting link. Nothing else goes to this address unless you ask.

We load your state’s codes, forms and payers before the call, so you are not looking at Ohio if you work in Minnesota.

This decides where we start. It is the only qualifying question we ask.

No card, no contract, no obligation. We use this to reach you and to prepare (privacy) — please do not include any claimant or claim information in this form.

Would rather just talk? (302) 202-3172 — a person answers.

The fifteen minutes

Exactly what happens on the call.

So you know what you are agreeing to. It is a screen share — you do not install anything, and you can keep your camera off.

  • 0–3 minYou talk. We listen. How your week actually runs, in your own nouns. We are listening for the four documents you type the same activity into.
  • 3–5 minYour state, on screen. Ohio’s W-codes at $81.90, $84.40 and $91.00 and its MCO payer blocks are already in the software, so an Ohio caseload is on screen in the first two minutes. For any other state we walk your codes, your rates and your payer names on the call and tell you honestly what setting them up in your first week involves — we do not fake a state.
  • 5–10 minOne week, end to end. Type an activity → the daily Excel log writes itself → the weekly Word tracking log → the claim form, with the sixth line filling and a B form starting on its own → Mark Billed → record a payer check that covers several claimants → the one that came up short, flagged with the exact gap.
  • 10–13 minThe unglamorous parts. Where your data lives (your computer), that it is Windows-only and one person at a time, what setup configures (your templates, folders, payers and codes), what it costs, and the arithmetic against a billing service that takes a percentage.
  • 13–15 minYour questions, then you decide. Book your setup week, start the free trial with your codes already loaded, or say no thanks. All three are fine endings and nobody chases you.
Optional, and worth it

Bring one real week’s log if you want to see it imported live.

The moment the demo stops being a demo is when your own Monday appears on screen. If you are comfortable, have one of your daily Excel logs open — we import it during the call and you watch your own week turn into documents. Nothing is uploaded to us: the import runs on your machine if you drive, or on a synthetic copy if you would rather not share the real thing.

The Import and Setup screen: read the clients and billing you already have, nothing is moved, renamed or changed.
The importer reads your client folders, your daily Excel logs, your existing Word logs and CMS-1500s, and your Bill Tracker. It never moves, renames or deletes a file — and you can re-run any step safely.

If you would rather not bring anything at all, do not. We have a full synthetic Ohio caseload loaded and the demo works fine without a single file of yours.

What this is not

Four things we will not do on the call.

We will not ask for claimant data. Not names, not claim numbers, not notes. If a real file comes up, you are driving your own screen.

We will not run a discovery process. There is a product, it has prices, and they are on the site. Fifteen minutes means fifteen minutes.

We will not pitch you clinical billing. We do not do chiropractic, physical therapy, behavioral health or physician-practice billing, and other vendors do those well. If that is what you need we will tell you in the first two minutes.

We will not claim something ships when it does not. Direct e-billing to mandate states is on the roadmap and we will say so out loud rather than let you assume it.

Or skip the call entirely.

Full Professional, free, no card, a demo caseload already loaded — and the importer waiting for one real week.

Questions, answered.

Do I have to install anything?

No. The demo is a screen share — we drive, you watch and interrupt. Nothing touches your computer unless you later start the trial, and that is a separate decision.

Will my state actually be on screen, or is this an Ohio demo?

Your state as far as it honestly goes. Ohio is the only jurisdiction pack that ships configured, so if you bill Ohio you are looking at your own codes, rates and MCOs in the first two minutes. For every other state we come to the call having read your rules — there is a page on this site for all fifty — and we show you the workflow on an Ohio caseload while walking your codes, forms and payers and what configuring them in week one involves. We do not fake a state.

I am a nurse case manager, not voc rehab. Is the demo different?

Yes. We show the activity grid with mileage and wait time as their own lines, the weekly narrative log, the receivables and aging by payer — and a CMS-1500 only if one of your carriers takes one. One thing we will say before the call rather than during it: the software does not generate an invoice document. It holds every billable line dated, timed and priced, and the invoice itself is still yours to send.

Can I bring my own file?

If you want to. Have one real week’s daily Excel log open and we will import it live so you see your own week generate its documents. It is optional, and nothing is uploaded to us.

Will someone keep calling me afterwards?

No. One follow-up email with a summary and the trial link. If you say no thanks, that is the end of it.

I would rather just talk on the phone right now.
