ONSERVICE, INC. · OHIO

There is a phone number,
and a person answers it.

Sales, support, and the people who write the software are the same small company in Ohio. You are not going to be routed anywhere.

Phone — 1-877-843-1717

The fastest route for anything, and the right one if you are mid-bill and stuck. We answer during business hours, Eastern time. Outside them, leave a message and say whether it is urgent — a bill going out on a filing deadline counts.

Best for anything with an attachment: a template you want matched, a screenshot of a remittance that does not add up, a question about a state we have not written a guide for yet. Please do not attach anything with a claimant’s name or claim number on it.

Fifteen minutes on screen

If the question is really “would this work for my caseload”, that is a demo, not an email thread. We load your state’s codes before the call and walk one week from the first activity to the check that pays it.

Or write to us here.

Three fields. It reaches the same place the email address does, and a person — not a queue — answers it.

So we can reply. Nothing else goes to this address unless you ask for it.

Please leave out claimant names, claim numbers and anything else from a real file — describe it and we will work it out.

We use this to reply and nothing else (privacy). If it is urgent, the phone is faster: 1-877-843-1717.

OnService, Inc., an Ohio company. Med Claims Pro is the software it makes and supports.
Existing customer?
Sign in at the customer portal, or just call — we will know who you are.
Already have the software?
Your claim data is on your own computer, not ours. Which means we cannot look at your case files to diagnose something — a screenshot or a short screen share is usually the fastest path.

If your question is “does this work in my state”, the state pages answer it for all fifty and the District of Columbia, and the billing guides go deeper on the six with the largest private voc-rehab markets. If it is “what does it cost”, the prices are public.

Questions, answered.

Will I get a salesperson or a real answer?

The same people answer both. There is no sales team to be handed to and no discovery process to sit through — the product is a product, the prices are on the site, and fifteen minutes means fifteen minutes.

I am mid-bill and stuck. What is fastest?

The phone: 1-877-843-1717. If a filing deadline is involved, say so when you leave a message — that moves you up the list.

Can you look at my data to help?

Not directly. Your claims, notes and documents live on your computer, not on our servers, which is the whole architecture. A screenshot or a short screen share where you drive is how we diagnose things.

Do you take support questions from people who are not customers yet?

Yes, within reason. If you are in the middle of a state we have written a guide for and something is not adding up, call. We would rather be useful than qualified out.
